I entered my Sugar Detox 5-week class with Andrea bearing high hopes but guarded optimism since I'd taken 'better health' courses in the past (unrelated to this Restart or Andrea's Rising Roots Nutrition protocols) that seemed to yield little lasting change and no real paradigm-shift in my view of what's wholesome and nutritional in my daily diet vs. what's certainly not OK.
