My Philosphy

I love that our journey and life's story are as unique as our fingerprints!  Understanding how to view the "individual" through a holistic nutritional lens taught me there is no "one size fits all" approach to health and wellness.  I know that each person's story got them to where they are on their journey, which is why my philosophy is to meet you wherever you are and unveil your unique bio-individual needs.

How we live and what we eat have a direct impact on our health and how we feel.  Through treating you as a bio-individual, my philosophy relies heavily on the 6 pillars of health & wellness: Nutrition, Stress, Sleep, Movement, Community and Environment. Connecting with your emotional expression and the environment in which you live, helps us to understand and implement changes to your genetic expression. I believe that what we eat, the environment we live in, and how we live affect how we feel, and therefore, I work with individuals who eat an omnivore diet. With proper nourishment through whole foods, mindful practices, and removing toxins from the home,  we all have the power to accomplish amazing achievements!  Wherever you are on your journey, let's work together to help you restore your health and live a life full of joy!
